Hello Everybody

i amsorry but i would like to ask for your help.

I am looking for a Story that i read quite a while ago its about a child in hospital and some Father Christmas visits this very sick child after if i remember correctly the brother talks to this Father christmas. A year later this sick child visits this father christmas and is totaly recoverd from i think cancer.
Now i would like to read this story to my kids as they are now comming into an age that they understand it.
My question is does anybody have the name of the story so i may look it up again that would be very nice of you .
