Justice?

This one has some strong themes including forced femininization Please read with care, and comments, as always, are appreciated.

The detective came into the interview room, and placed a tape recorder on the table. A pretty young woman followed him, and took the seat he indicated.

“All right, before we begin, I have to remind you of your rights. You have the right to keep silent, but anything you do say can be used against you . You have the right to have an attorney present, and if you can’t afford one, we will provide you one at no cost. Do you understand?”

“Yes, I understand, detective. But I don’t plan to keep silent, and I don’t need a lawyer.” She replied calmly.

“Fine. Lets begin. First off, you came here off the street, and claimed responsibility for two bodies we have found yesterday. You can perhaps understand my skepticism, but why should I take such a claim seriously?”

“The easiest way is for me to tell you details that have not been made public. If I get those right, it will give some credibility to my claim.”

“It certainly would. Go ahead.”

“In the communication that was released, you mentioned the fact that both of the bodies were male, and where they were found. One thing you didn’t release was the fact that both of the men were dressed as women. They were dressed like hookers, in fact.”

“That’s true, but there are a number of ways you could have learned that, without being responsible for them being in that condition.”

“True. But they were found clothed, so how would I know that they had each had their … equipment, removed?”

“Okay. So assuming I believe you, you want to tell me what you did to them, and why?”

“Well, there is one other fact you haven’t released. Either because you were deliberately keeping it quiet, or perhaps you never found out the connection between the two men.”

“They were both students at the same university.”

“They were more than that. They were both part of a rape trial 3 years ago. A fellow student accused them of drugging her, and raping her.”

“I remember that case.”

“So do I. I remember because she was my sister.”

“I dont recall them mentioning her having a sister. A brother was mentioned, but not a sister.”

“I was her brother at the time.”

“You were a boy?”

“I was. My transformation into a woman started the day after my sister was denied justice.”

“I’ll have to see some proof of that, at some point.”

“Easiest way is to take my fingerprints. They took them when I was a kid as part of a child I.D. program, so they should be in the system.”

“All right, we’ll take care of that later. Now, about your sister?”

“As I said, they denied her justice.”

“As I recall, she had a breakdown during the trail. And without her testimony, they dismissed the case.”

“Exactly so. And she committed suicide days after that event.”

“I was not aware of that part.”

“No reason why you should be.”

“So, what did you do?”

“I made a vow that they would suffer like my sister suffered. It took me a while, but I found the perfect formula for brainwashing.”

“Brainwashing?”

“Yes. The only problem was the delivery. I had to have their undivided attention for some time in order for it to work. And that’s when I decided the easiest way to do that was to lure them to my house, and the easiest way to do that was to be a good looking woman. So even as I refined my formula, I modified my body until I knew I could attract them, get them to lower their guard.”

“Then what happened.”

“Once I was prepared, I started hanging around the bars they go to. They don’t hang out together anymore, so it was easy to approach one of them and flirt with him. Once he had his guard down, I slipped some drugs into his drink, and with him slightly weakened and confused, got him to accept a ride home from me.

Once I had him at my home, I could easily take advantage of his confusion to strip him, secure him, and then begin my process. Once it was underway, I did the same for the other, and was just as successful. Soon, both were well on their way to the justice I felt that the courts had denied.

I essentially created a new personality for both of them.. I made them both women, but not just any woman. I turned them into their own idea of what a woman was - a sex object, with no needs of her own.

Once their new personality was in place the rest was very simple. The “girls” asked for my help in making their clothes and bodies match the feelings they had inside, and I reminded them that such things cost a lot of money. They soon realized the only way to earn enough quickly was to become prostitutes.

I introduced them to a local pimp, and for a while, I sat back and enjoyed the show. Months went by, and they became more and more feminine in appearance, and you’d never know they were anything but super happy about that.

Then the day came I had expected since I started this. See, the kind of brainwashing I did wasn’t permanent. I knew, eventually, it would wear off, and the old personalities would be back. I found reasons to visit them every day, because I wanted to witness the moment when they woke up and remembered who they were.

Then the day came, and it turned to ashes.
I had stopped by for a visit, and found them having already remembered. They were a couple of wrecks, and suddenly, it wasn’t as enjoyable as I had imagined it would be. I found myself feeling sorry for them, and for the first time, I felt guilty for what I had done. I imagined my sister looking down on me, seeing what I had done in her name, and rejecting it, and me.

Utterly.

I realized, they were not the monsters, at least not anymore.

I was.

I frantically told them that few of the changes they had made were permanent, and I offered to do whatever it took to restore them to their male selves. But it didn’t so any good. I had left to go get some male clothes, and by the time I got back they were ….. the way you found them. I called 911, and the rest you know.

I fully expect to go to jail for maybe the rest of my life, but that's all I deserve, at this point. I find myself not caring about the future, beyond the fact that I need to pay for what I’ve done. I considered following their example, but honestly, death is too good for me.

So, fill out the paperwork, do whatever you need to do, and then lock me up.

Please?”

Revenge is sweet?

WebDeb's picture

Revenge is a dish best served cold?

Does two wrongs make a right?

If we allowed an eye for an eye then the whole world would go blind. (Ghandi)

Having vengeful thoughts is akin to picking at the scab of a healing wound. It only allows the wound to fester rather than heal.

If revenge is succesful it still leaves most feeling empty as it does not purge the soul but leaves a feeling of guilt at doing a deed against ones character.

Another thought provoking tale Dorothy.
Thankyou

thanks, Deb

I like making my readers think. The idea of justice, vs. mercy is a subject I've covered before, and will again, I'm sure. I'm glad you liked this one.

I'm glad it wasn't a long

I'm glad it wasn't a long story, but I knew that when you said it contained forced femme, it still wouldn't be as painfull to read as most of those stories, I'm glad I was right :--)

grtz & hugs,

I'm glad you could read it, hon

I debated how much of what happened to show, and decided to tread lightly. Thanks so much for commenting.

It's better this way. Forced

It's better this way. Forced Femme is nothing but rape porn imho. It's just that the guy is raped and not the girl.

In this case it wasn't pornographic, thank you very much ;)

I had some thoughts about the rapist(correct name for forced femmer?). S/he seems to be pretty much insane to me. Transitioning for revenge and then doing this horrible crime. But maybe she'll get a pussy pass (I hope not) and go into psychatry for 4 years or so.

Her sister was unlucky, but then if the courts couldn't prove it, they had to let the accused go. Everything else would be a bad example and lead to even more injustice.

Fucking injustice. You can't really fight it without creating more.

Beyogi

the way to fight injustice

is to move past it. She could have done so. Dedicated her life to making a positive contribution - help rape victims. lobby for better laws, you name it. But she chose a darker path, and will pay her own price for it.

Justice?

A story with no winners, unless you continue it or expand it.

Is it a crime.

RAMI

As I have often done, I will take a contrary position to what is being discussed in the story. It is important to separate morality from either the criminal or civil legal systems. What the “pretty young woman” did here is by most definitions immoral. However, there might be some who would argue that what she did was justified in seeking justice for her sister.

The question however is, was any crime that can be prosecuted, committed, and if so what crime and what degree of crime? The first action that she admits to is to have brainwashed these two, and I’m using the following term intentionally, degenerates. As far as I can tell, at least in American jurisprudence, there is no crime for brainwashing. She admits to having placed drugs into the men’s drinks. Since they did not die from the drug use, or apparently suffer any significant injury from the drugging itself, that action is most likely a misdemeanor.

She next admits to the brainwashing. However I stated before, that is not a crime. Teaching these men to act as women or to want to be women, or to dress them as women is also likely not a criminal action that could be prosecuted since these individuals were over 18 and apparently not physically restrained while this was occuring.

She did not pimp these individuals but simply turned them over to someone else. It could be argued that the men, acted voluntarily when they accepted such role.

Finally, after realizing that what she was doing was wrong she tried to rectify the situation, even though she failed to do so. Most importantly, with regard to how these individuals died., we do not know what occurred. Based on what she was telling the policeman, and what she told the two men about restoring them to manhood, it is unlikely that they’d been castrated.

Did the men commit suicide? Were they killed by their pimp? Were they killed by a John? Did they kill each other? We do not know the answers to these questions. We do know that, the “pretty young woman” did not kill them directly or perhaps through any of her direct actions. Their death may have been the result of something she set in motion. But, it could also be argued that the men set all that happened in motion, when they raped her sister.

From a practical standpoint, a prosecution for any significant crime is unlikely.

If the families of the deceased man brought a civil action against her it is likely that that case would be won.

That all being said, I agree with the other commentors that what she did was wrong.

Dorothy has presented us with a well-written, thought-provoking story.

Crime?

She is at least guilty of kidnapping and forced confinement. A prosecutor could argue that everything that happened to the men after that point was her fault - including their deaths. Regardless of the outcome of any court case, however, she will carry her guilt with her. Thanks for commenting, hon.

Revenge or Justice?

The fact is her sister is dead as a result of the actions of these two individuals. Legally they got off scott free. When examining the facts, don't leave out the major ones.

These individuals showed no remorse, and eventually would have done it again. Perhaps the torture was overboard, but they did deserve death. How many other woman have to pay the price to justify addressing these animals? Are their lives somehow more important than their future victims, not to mention their past victim(s)? While we know of one, there may have been more.

I am a believer in the death penalty not because of justice, but to prevent the future victims. Having said that, it is way over used, the justification I gave is the only reason it should be used.

no remorse?

we actually don't know they showed no remorse. We know they no longer hung out together, so its not impossible to believe that one or both preferred to not be reminded of what happened, at the very least. And even though they had gotten away with this one, if they did try again, they may not have been so lucky with the next girl. Just a thought.

Thanks for the comment.

Since they let her alive in

Since they let her alive in the first place the suicide wasn't planed I guess. I can't exactly know what rapists think, but if they are no complete psychopaths they have to justify there acts before themselves. "She cries because she has fun..."
Well if she commited suicide afterwards she obviously didn't have fun.

Every death is a shame and killing people is never justified. It's damage reduction at best.

And if they kill again?

That pretty much sums it up, if someone who has killed many times, is locked up, and is either released or escapes, then proceeds to kill a large number of people (or even one) those who enabled the actions bear some of the responsibility.

Rapists are in a category unto themselves, but they too deserve special considerations. Perhaps they didn't mean for her sister to die, but they killed her just as surely if they put a gun to her head. Remember, this was not date rape, where a man is excited to the point he isn't hearing no. The fact it was two of them pretty much declares it was premeditated. BTW, I have no sympathy for date rape either.

I remember a supposedly true story where a young lady was raped repeatedly then killed. The perp got a long sentence, but was out in 10 years for parole. He didn't get far, as the girls father was waiting with a 30/30 rifle. After he killed his daughters murderer he turned himself in peacefully to the prison guards. Sound familiar? The DA tried to indite, but couldn't find a jury willing.

I'll repeat that I think the death penalty is vastly overused. It should be (and isn't) a method of last resort to prevent more death of innocents. I do not think of it as a punishment, anymore than I think killing a vicious dog is a punishment for the dog.

Truth to tell, I don't think the concept of punishment is correct either. You don't get people to go in a positive direction by inflicting the most degrading, hostile, life threatening environment where they must do even more abominable things to survive.

Hmmm, there could actually be a story in there somewhere. A society that can bend people personalities sends shivers down my spine, and we have all read identity death stories.

Life sentence.

You can just lock them away for life or shoot them down when they're on their killing spree. Letting a death candidate stew for 20 years, is not something I'd call cruel. It's nothing but revenge. If they'd want to do it right, they'd execute the prisoner after they'd judged. But then how many innocents have been put to death?

I wonder why does a rapist rape? How can you teach them it is a bad idea? But then how can a person with something even close to morals do something like this? Too much alcohol/drugs?

Truth to tell, I don't think the concept of punishment is correct either. You don't get people to go in a positive direction by inflicting the most degrading, hostile, life threatening environment where they must do even more abominable things to survive.

German prisons aren't good in this direction, but compared to american ones they're hostels. How could it happen that america aka the land of freedom has the most prisoners per inhabitant of the world?
Why do people become criminals in the first place? Family tradition? Money problems? Marginalisation? drugs?

This stuff is definitetly has some story potential.
