A few months ago, Piper approached me about publishing Becoming Robin. At first I was reluctant because I always said it would remain free, but the more I thought about it, the more I realized I could reach a much wider audience by actually having it published, so I did. :-P It's not 100% the original story in that chapter 1 uses my revision to make the introduction a little more subtle and, IMO, professional.

Bear in mind it was my first novel, so it needed some work, but the... Spirit... *ducks the rotten tomatoes* is the same.

Due to the nature of my contract with DopplerPress and Amazon though, I have to unpublish any free versions. I really am sorry about that. I tried to find a way around it, but if we don't unpublish it Amazon won't allow it for sale, full stop. So if you want to save any comments you've posted, now would be the time.

Sorry for the short notice, but I only just found out myself that it's going live tonight. ♥

Thank you all SO SO MUCH for all your love and support over the last eight years. I genuinely can NOT believe it's been that long. As soon as I have a link for the Kindle book, I'll post it here.

For those interested in a hard copy version, I talked with Piper about that, too. I told her that if there's enough interest, that we can do DTF (dead tree format), but I want DopplerPress to be able to recoup their investment. ♥

Again, thank you all so much.

I love you all,
~Zoe

Edit: It's live! https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XQCKG2Z/ - but please remember to use the TopShelf affiliate link so TopShelf gets a lil kickback on anything else you happen to buy while you're there!

I forgot to add that this is just Book 1, for now. If it does well, then we'll proceed with 2 and 3. Book 4 I plan to make free for awhile if/when I finish it, before going ahead with publishing it.

"For awhile" being at least a few months ♥

I'm glad you are publishing it

Just bought it, have started re-reading it.

I find it easier to manage not to lose stories I like if they are on kindle.

I use asciidoc sometimes to make books out of stories just for my own library.
