----------=BigCloset Retro Classic!=----------

Scott was on his way west to meet up with his friends to start a new life in L A.
What he came across in the desert after his car broke down would change him forever.
He wondered if his friends would recognise him once they finally met again.
He didn’t think this was what his friend’s intended when they said, "start a new life."

Dedication: This is a story dedicated to my friends, of most appear within the following chapters. I wish to give a special thanks to SaraUK for her artistic efforts, both as original artwork and photo manipulation, most of which can’t be appreciated without seeing the original photos she altered. I’d like to thank Maggie O’Malley, Jenna hitch, Tyrone, and Cindy, for their support and encouragement and for helping fix the inevitable errors that plague amateur writers, along with the many people who tried their hand at proofing this epic. There are more that I should thank, but I don’t want to make a book of this dedication. You know who you are, and I thank you for being there for me. Now on with the story, which incidentally, took over a year to write. I hope you enjoy it. - Prudence Walker

Is Prue still around?

Aine Sabine's picture

Or did she pass away? I was looking online and I found a news article from NZ say a Prudence Divina Walker had passed away. After having read this story, if that is her I'm very sad. I would have liked to have known her. There were a number of places in the story, I broke down crying. She was a talented artist in writing this story.

Let me tell everyone, this is a breakneck run down a steep slope and one hell of an adventure! Prue has continued to improve in her writing, culminating in this great work that has more changes than a Las Vegas showgirl show! If you love a terrific story, you GOTTA read this one, so grab your favorite beverage, some snacks, settle back and be taken on a ride by one of the best of the bunch. I LOVED it, Prue! ...of late has been so moving and emotional...Very beautiful if very sad.
All my love to you, dear sister.

She was born for all the wrong reasons but grew up for all the right ones.

Pruuuuufessional! Prufect!

Prudence Walker has brought more joy to my life through her creations than possibly any other author I have ever had read. Her offerings aren't stories ... they are doors to alternative realities ... too real to be fantasy. She has an incredible gift and has made my world and that of so many others a more beautiful place by sharing it.

To me ... she will always be Auntie Prue ... and I love her with all my heart. In carversion ... she made my dream come true. I will always be grateful for that. Enjoy the ride ... I promise you that you will be back for more.

Hugs and Love Maggiethekitten
