How I write my stories

I was reading over my stories again, which I do from time to time, and I noticed that in some of the comments, the readers are saying that my stories are unrealistic, and overly optimistic.

I do know that for most of us that there is total unacceptance, being disowned by family, friends, and being fired from jobs. I also know that there are those that will give us a sound beating, make us do degrading things before they beat us up, and or kill us. I know all of this. BUT...

Yes everybody, there is a but...

There are those M2F people that do have this kind of support and acceptance. I have a story I am working on now, and the mother of a M2F person told me that when her daughter came to her and told her she needed to be a girl, that she hugged her daughter, and told her she loved her unconditionally. She also told me that her daughter didn't have any problems at school, or her part time job after school, and she has many. many friends of both sexes.

So, if you read any of my stories and feel they are overly optimistic, or unreal, just conisder it a fantasy story of the kind of life you would have loved to have had, or wish you could have now.

Anyway I am very grateful to everyone that has read my stories and left a decent comment. I am also grateful to the ones that read my stories and don't leave a comment. At least they are being read.

Stay strong, because it is in our strength that we can heal.

Love and Hugs,
Barbara

A bit of everything

As much many of us have had unpleasant experiences, others have had good ones. Don't get me wrong. There is nothing easy about any least bit of being TG/TS/?. However there are good loving people in the world regardless of background that can and has helped those who are different. I know it seems that there are so many who'd been abused and hurt beyond belief and my heart aches for each and every one. It is important that the good experiences are heard along with the bad to give hope to those whose fear rules them. You do have to be as careful as you can, and do everything you can to prevent trouble but you can't let your fear keep you from trying. Every story with a happy sappy ending (like mine too!) give each of us that promise that a happy ending is possible for them and us.

Whoops may have gotten off tropic! Just the same, I love happy endings!

Optimism

Optimism makes life worth living. As you think in your heart, so are you. As you confess with your mouth, so are you.

Yes, there is a whole lot of pain and injustice in this world, and the tg/ts community certainly gets more than their fair share. Still, there are good people and happy stories.

I don't read fiction in order to get depressed. If I want to be depressed, there is plenty of real life stuff to get depressed about. I crave loving people and happy endings.

Anyhow, I know at least one daddy who is determined to give his full unbridled support to his possibly gender dysphoric (but probably bi-gendered or gender fluid) child.

Me.
