Hazing?

Is hazing allowed? If so, what are the rituals? What do the girls got to do to get in? With this crowd, there are so many differences that defining the nritual would be hard.

Perhaps a panty raid, is required, but the initiate needs to come back wearing a perfectly coordidnated set of unmentionables ;-), with proper accessories.
