Several people have asked if OSW is going to be available. After running it through the mill a few times, adding historical notes, a glossary, acknowledgements and recovering from 'Chapter 20 Fatigue,' I have finished it.
I am not posting it to TS/BC. As I previously pointed out, a story such as this is not the kind that fits in well here as evidenced by some of the responses I was 'blessed' with, (thank you very much). I have made it available on Lulu.com for those who really wish to read this kind of story. I believe it is my best work, but then, I am a bit biased.

I understand
I remember your pulling a story before after some negative comments, and I understand.
It's very easy for someone who isn't on the receiving end to simply say buck up, and it's very hard to not respond in kind to bad comments.
That said, it doesn't mean you don't belong here. Whether your stories go here only depends on whether you post them.
People gave (and still occasionally give) me grief about what I thought was my best work, and it was wounding. It took a good while before I was able to work myself up to feeling strongly that *I* knew better, and if some people don't like it, it's too bad.
Maybe if you just internally shout a strong f*$& you! to the people whose comments set you off... can you just bulldoze on and pave them over?
Hugs,
Kaleigh
At least it hasn't disappeared...
I just wish I had the means to read it.
