and ang: if this was TG fiction, the fraud would have been done to finance SRS to begin with.

Perhaps the individual was transgendered and created this scenario to justify the transition as no non-TG would take such extreme meausures.(imo)

As for which prison? In a more enlightened society such a question would never arise.
