It appears, at least on the surface, that whatever is going on in my nether parts is not cancerous...at least on first examination. More tests will be run when I get to the VA hospital and further causes/ solutions will be found/discussed. A partial orchiectomy is not out of the question, although I will lobby for taking both as long as they are going to be taking one. I mean, as long as they are RIGHT THERE...you know?

Seriously though, I don't feel like I'm out of the woods yet, although SOME of my fear has been allayed. The doctor today told me he was recommending removal of at least one of my testicles.

I need to thank all of you who cared enough to comment on my blog and do your best to comfort/support me. You touched my heart with your words and I can't possibly say thank you, enough.

Until I go to Buffalo which won't be until they can get me an appointment, I'll be here, doing what I've been doing...trying to get a universe up and going. I've had great, great stories submitted by amazingly talented and imaginative writers, and I curtsey to each of them, in thanks.

I need to go lay down now, as I am totally exhausted, both mentally and physically, but I wanted to let all of you know that It SEEMS like I misread my symptoms. The jury is still out as to what exactly is going on in there, so I'm still more than a little apprehensive.

Thank you again, SO much for your messages and PMs. They helped me be a little less frightened.

all my hopes, love and dreams,
Cathy
