Often I read a story and don't comment. It's not that I don't like the story, it's more laziness on my part. I read the comments and too often someone has said what I wished that I would have said.
Quite a few times, I have signed in and gone to the story and voted, not a thing I do often enough. I just want to tell all the members, I appreciate the effort that you put forward to write and post a story. (No, I'm not getting paid to say this.)
I am pleased that my stories are being read as I am sure that you are pleased about your works. I just wanna say a big THANK YOU to all the members and guest.

I've only just started posting a few comments, despite the fact that I've been reading stories on here for good 6 or 7 months or so.. Due to shyness and not knowing what to say in most cases, but also getting caught up in some long stories that have lots of parts already up, and being too eager to read the next part! Bike springs to mind as one those addictive stories that can take up hours of your time without you realising it, so many thanks and apologies for that one Angharad! ^^;
I'm trying to keep up the commenting, as the recent post about it made me realise how much the feedback is appreciated. I suppose if I ever wrote a story, (miracles can happen, or so I'm told! XD) I would probably feel a little sad if no-one gave any feedback... Anyways, more big "thank you"s to all, including BrandieS, whose stories I also love, but I don't think I have commented on any as yet. Sorry! ^^;;

I always tried to comment whenever I could, only now, being at the library for internet, with its customer timelimit ............ every minute spent commenting is that much time i dont have to read. Really need to allot more minutes to commenting...

A reader's appreciation
Having been a member of BC for some 6 years or so, I am one of the great numbers of us who come here to read both long and short stories, serials, chapter stories and other forms of writings. But unlike BrandieS who is a writer, but like BrandieS who is a reader, I don't always post a comment but do enjoy the story.
While not having writing skills worthy of note, I appreciate the effort and skill required to write that which we enjoy reading. To authors and their helpers - THANKYOU!!!
I am one of those who do not login everytime I launch BC to check on the latest offerings both storywise and in the comments, but I post when I feel that something that prompts me to write in appreciation.
