I was trying to sort out a problem with my mobile, accessing BC. The rep had me do a complete reset and see if I could log in. Not only could I still not properly log in, the reset wiped out all my info on the phone - contacts, bookmarks, settings, custom-loaded software - EVERYTHING!
I've now switched to Opera Mobile, of course that's the only one from Opera that you have to pay for!

I like this site because it's so accessible and non-threatening. I suspect all the other readers do too which would account for its popularity.
I find many other sites to either require computer skills that I don't have, want information that I don't wish to share or simply do not respond to inquiries. Some are well-known and most are outstanding in one way or another despite my attitude.
TopShelf is a remarkable, people-oriented gift to the TG crowd the numbers of which will continue to increase. That's my prediction.
