Yesterday, around 7 am, I was driving home from work and I made a huge mistake and I hit a school bus in the rear end. I hit my head pretty good and I was having neck pain so they took me to the hospital. I had x-rays and a catscan, they thought I might have a fractured neck. Don't worry, I'm fine. I'm just going be be very, very sore for a few days. I totaled the van. But at least I got a few days off from work, and thats what's important.LOL. Last night I saw myself on the channel 8 news. This morning I saw myself on the front page of the newspaper, Top story. So I guess I got my 15 minites of fame.

I nodded off for about 1 second. First I'm about 50 yards away from the bus, I blink and then I'm 20-25 feet away from the bus. If I did not have my seat belt on, I'd be dead. As it is, I'm at home resting and stoned on pain pills.

I've only just met you, and I'm hoping to become your friend, if you'll let me. Driving while drowsy is never a good thing, although more than I care to think about, do it. I hope you are going to be just fine, and I hope that the repairs to our car won't be too expensive for you to comfortably afford.
Please, please take care of yourself, and get plenty of rest. I know working in a job such as yours, is stressful and makes one very tired. Also, don't lose hope that you will, someday, make it to the beginning of your own transition. I know it seems impossible to you, but nothing is impossible.
Whatever I can help with, I will.

Seriously such things happen and are the best reason to PULLOFF THE DAMN ROAD YOU IDIOT when you have trouble keeping you eyes open.
