This afternoon as I was getting undressed after a bike ride, and mulling over the plot of a story that has me by the ear. I spotted several little gnats flying around inside the clear tank of my vaporizer. It only took a moment to take care of the little pricks; didn't want them laying eggs or defecating in there.

After that I started thinking about the effect on a story where the women were perhaps 50% of the size of a male, and in many places exactly that is true, though officially women are only 14% smaller than men. Then I thought about a world where women could kick the crap out of men.

At the end of the day, one of the best things is to get out of that damn bra. Mine are only about B or so, the garment is an instrument of torture. The shoes are a close second.

Thinking about a way to carry what we know of Earth culture ahead a few hundred years in a story. What things will be the same and what will be different? It's likely that the culture will still be patriarchal, not because men are "all that", but because they need to be built up by women to function correctly. That's Biblical and true in practice. Americans and Europeans are very accustomed to their own way of doing things, though I was recently told by a person living in Germany, that there just isn't much or any racism there.

So, the first colonists get out there and find a garden planet without sentient life, or we think it's not. Hmmmm Just not channeling our colonizing a dust ball desert planet, that has to have a bunch of teraforming. I'd like to have some Jurassic era animals though. A few T Rexes, and Pterodactyls would be fun.

Gonna go cook dinner while imagining being a kept daughter in the house of a huge and kind father who won't let any of us women outside without two guards and wearing full Niqab. It seems like the local animals just love the long hair and pheromones of Homo Sapiens women. Wish I had bought some beer.
