Blog About:

I have now 56 books self-published on Amazon. I have published some early paperbacks through feedaread.com. I have also used KOBO and Smashwords for eBooks, but their formatting and price requirements made life too difficult, so I think I've withdrawn all of them - I may have one or two left with them. To be honest, it wasn't worth my while, for every thousand books I sold on Amazon, I might sell one on Kobo or Smashwords - I stress - might..

Eventually, I hope to revise all books and then submit for extra for editing and proofreading - just to catch those little things that have been missed, revamp some of the covers and whack all onto feedaread.com as paperbacks. I used CreateSpace for BEHIND THE ENEMY - as my first paperback, and I think I've sold three. I am looking the possibility of placing all my books in eBook format on my own website with a direct Paypal or other secure payment link. But I need to ensure the security aspect is sorted first.

I am open to suggestions. I must emphasise that I write books, and am not a genius at web-design.

I am also open to any creative artists who might be interested in re-doing some of my book covers. One has already agreed to look at my work and see if we are compatible, but I write many different types of novel, so I am always interested in other artists. I am also interested in the possibility of producing a graphic novel (either from an existing book, or a brand new one), so would like an artist (or artists) who thinks they might be up to it to contact me.

One thing that I do miss

is you occasionally posting a story onto BCTS to keep you in touch with your readers through your writing. We get new audiences every year. Give them a current sample of your writing style. It doesn't have to be too often. But fans of yours, like myself, do miss your words on the site :)

Using website

It's not just the security aspect. You need to be able to drive visitors to your website to make it worthwhile. I'm not too sure if you double benefit, but by being an Amazon Associate you can link from your website to Amazon and earn commission as well as your earnings from the sale. This takes care of your security. Also, you can provide links to other publications (other BC authors etc., just as BC does) you can also be an associate in different countries.
Makes it simpler in many ways ( I taught how to teach Computing and Computer Science at University- which you were not too complementary about in Badgers Girl; to trainee Primary and Secondary Teachers and we have one of the highest employment and retention rates in teaching in the country.) and I use this as the system on my website - the University of Kent, who are recognised as world leaders in transactional security (selling online) recommended Paypal at an industry conference that I was at recently.

Hope that this is of some help. Glad a new book is out I have read the rest.

Kind regards

I am an avid reader of yours

I have read all your books and love most of them. I buy almost all my ebooks from Amazon coming in through BCTS. I visit very few other sites for books so if you want to reach me and I hope you do, please post your new books on Amazon.

Any chance of continuing Monique, Marine, and the Fortune series?

Much Love,
