While in Illinois there is legislation to allow birth certificate changes without surgery, in South Dakota they want to force student TGs to use the bathroom of their biological gender.

legislators are obsessed with genitalia; as women's toilets all have cubicles what's the problem? I've been using them in the UK for over forty years and never yet seen anyone undressed below the waist. It's political, it has to be.

In high school, they would also have to deal with the showers, and I don't know if the girl's showers are open or not.

You had showers in school? The only time we got showers for sport was for swimming lessons. Otherwise, well if we were lucky sport was the last class of the day... It was a rather stinky affair.

South Dakota

I grew up in North Dakota. For years I wondered why all of the tress in my home state seemed to lean toward the south. Now I know it's because South Dakota sucks.
