I know it probably seems as if I've fallen off the face of the Earth (at least the part of it that happens to be on the top shelf of a rather big closet and other places where tg writers lurk), but believe it or not I do have good news for those that actually seem to like to read my demented ramblings. The final parts of Battle For Earth, will get posted in the near future when I have time to get them edited. I admit I did sit on the ending for long periods, but between those periods it went through a number of different and rather extensive revisions. There's a lot more to it than that, but for the sake of brevity I'll leave it at that. Sorry it's taken so long.

Good news!
I anxiously await more from you on this story. I will probably go back to the beginning and read the whole thing from start to finish. The problem with long lags in posting is that as a reader you can easily lose the story line. The good thing about it is that it provides the perfect excuse to read the story all over again.

Thanks all hearing kind words of support are the sort of encouragement that help a demented mind press onward.
That being said the next part is posted... I only delayed posting that part because I knew I'd probably have to add some foreshadowing bits to help give the ending a better punch. It was mostly edited already, I only needed to do a quick once over to ensure everything was how it needed to be. The final chapters and the epilogue (which more or may not get posted separately) will have a longer delay.
