Well done to you all!

Not just the winners, but everyone who contributed to this contest. Thank you.

Maggie

Go team Closet!

Well, THIS was unexpected! I feel warm and fuzzy, like my heart just got a truly snuggly cardigan all of its own (except for, you know, the horrible medical implications of that).

A big congratulations to Amethyst, Bailey and Maeryn, and a *thank you* to everyone who contributed with either stories or making the contest possible.

This was fun :)

Congrats

To all for a job well done. I would also like to send a special thanks to Amethyst and Bailey Summers for such excellent stories. All of you please keep up the fantastic work.

Thanks to everyone who voted for Pirouette. I really wasn't expecting this with so many good stories this time around and I didn't even realize the winners had been announced until i got two pms congratulating me. This kind of blindsided me, but in the best possible way. Congratulations to Bailey and all the other winners as well. I took time to read all the other entries and all of you deserve recognition for rising to the challenge and posting some great stories. I had so much trouble trying to decide who to vote for that I missed the deadline.

Again thanks to you all for your votes and support and congrats to all the other winners. I think this was one of the best contests I've seen since I started posting here as far as entries were concerned. Thanks as well of course to Sephrena and the Big Closet team who made this all possible.

*big hugs to all of you*

Don't take me too seriously. I'm just kitten around. :3

Congrats to all the winners.

And a Big Thank You to all of the people to read and enjoyed the stories and voted. Y'all really help to make the site truly special.
*Great Big Hugs*

Aww thanks Shauna

I'm blushing here. Your story wasn't the type I usually read, but it was a fun read and it kept my attention til the end. A real hoot you might say;)

Oh and before I forget again, special thanks of course to Talia as well for giving me the idea for Pirouette.

*big hugs*

Giggles...

I don't even know where my story came from (other than a nice bottle of Cote Du Rhone...) It was never even intended to be a part of the contest...just a complete whim... :D

I am glad it gave you a laugh, though. And my thanks to Talia, as well, if she was the inspiration for your story!

HUGS!

Big Boo-boo

For some reason My computer date is set to the 13th today and today is the 12th. Every contest somehow, somewhere, I make a mistake on something. I fixed my pc date already (Thanks to the person that caught that error and pm'd me about it!) but I have already done the awards page :/ The awards were supposed to be done on the 13th. I cannot reverse what I have done, but in retrospect, in the last few contests I have done, I did extend the deadline some extra days to include authors that were late. So I do apologize for this mistake. All I can promise everyone is that I will be more attentive in the future and confirm dates before doing things.

Sephrena

Well...

I would say that we will just have to dock that HUGE salary you make administering the site! Let's see, I think reducing it from the current 'ZERO' to...hmmm...'NEGATIVE ZERO' should be fair...

Does everyone agree? Other thoughts on an appropriate punishment? ;)

Seriously! It is NO big deal, Sephrena! We cherish you for what you do!

HUGS!
Shauna

I was wondering about that

We all make mistakes. I kind of wonder how much difference that extra day of voting might have made, but it's not like you personally even get much other than satisfaction from a good batch of contest stories. You put up the money, organize the contest pages, do the awards page and everything. Most of us are glad to have these contests at all, no matter what the results.

I don't think people are really going to do anything drastic because of one day difference and beating yourself up over an honest mistake caused by computer error isn't going to change things. If you think that this one extra day really could make a huge difference in things, pm me to let me know and we'll see what we can figure out to make things better.

I have to admit...

I was a bit surprised to see a results page come up when I was just settling in to read the last few entries and cast my vote. No worries, though, I don't think anything would've changed. ;-)

Congratulations to all the winners! I'm honored to have even had my writing considered alongside theirs!

All great stories!

And Kudos to all the writers!

Uhhh...

I am amazed and gratified that amongst the very talented writers, some found my tale to be...worthy? I must say that I found the choices to be very difficult to make and that I feel I am indeed amongst good company.

Peace To Us All...

Kelly
